Shipping and payments

Shipping
All the prices of products displayed on www.ruote-online.it represent an offer to the public, are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs vary depending on the type of payment method chosen by the Customer and the number of products purchased. In case of delivery to countries other than Italy, any additional costs due to taxes or duties that are applicable in the given country to which the products are to be shipped will be charged to the Customer.
Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale reserves the right to change the prices that appear on www.ruote-online.it at any time. The latest product prices published on the website supersede previous ones and are subject to actual availability of the products.

Defective merchandise
The Customer may return defective goods to Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale within 15 days from delivery.
The Customer is responsible for shipping and packaging costs on returned products.
Defective merchandise will be replaced and re-shipped to the Customer or refunded (if no longer available in stock) by Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale.

Damaged shipments
If you receive a shipment from Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale that has been visibly damaged by courier (broken or visibly damaged packaging), you have the following options: if the shipment contains multiple packages, reject the damaged shipment and return it to the sender by signing the courier's waybill "with reservations". We will then make sure the shipment is returned to Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale and deliver a replacement free of charge. If the shipment contains only one package, reject the shipment and have it returned to the sender and we will do the same as with damaged, multiple-item shipments.
If the damaged product is out of stock, Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale will contact you to offer you the option of replacing the product with another one featured on our website. If there are no other items in the catalogue that you are interested in, Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale will issue a full refund.
Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale will cover any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the manufacturer and to have a replacement delivered.

Payments
Credit or Debit cards - Payment is made through a PayPal secure server. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, the payment will be processed through the payment service provider’s gateway, which will automatically charge your credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCAD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and prepaid cards that are linked to the circuits mentioned on the website. Under no circumstances will Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale know your personal credit card details, as payments made via PayPal server employ automatic encryption to conceal such sensitive information through the payment service provider’s security protocols. This payment method, however, involves a 3.5% surcharge on the total price of purchase.
Bank wire transfer - This payment method is usually the most convenient if you have an online bank account. If you choose to purchase products on our website by bank wire transfer, you also have the option of processing the transfer from an online checking account, with virtually no added costs. The transfer can be made from any country within the EU at the cost of a standard domestic bank wire transfer.
We will process your order as soon as we receive copy of the payment order from your bank. Unlike PayPal, this payment method does not involve any surcharge on the total price of purchase.

Warranty
Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale sells only high-quality products. In case of imperfections or manufacturing flaws due to the very nature of the products featured in our catalogue, the Customer can contact a sales manager directly using one of our contact methods.
The Customer is not entitled to receive a refund for damages or compensation, or to claim any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by goods purchased on www.ruote-online.it.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- he notifies cancellation of the order by e-mail to Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale before having received the order confirmation or before the goods have been shipped;
- not satisfied with the purchase, he returns the products received in full and in their original condition.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered letter with return receipt sent to:

within 10 business days of the date in which the products were received. The Customer can send an advance copy of the notice by telegram or email (sent to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within the same 10-day limit, as long as the notice is also sent by registered letter within 48 hours after having sent the telegram or email. The notice shall contain the information necessary for us to identify the order and clear indication of the intention to forgo the purchase and the product or products for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or waybill).
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases (Art. 5, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999):
- Purchase of tailored or customised merchandise from Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale according to the Customer’s specific requirements.
- Product not delivered due to the Customer’s absence from the place of delivery and that at the time of their withdrawal are altered or damaged due to the delay caused by the Customer.
If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal according to the above terms, any amount already paid for the goods and shipping costs shall be refunded to him by bank wire transfer on a bank account made out to him.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days of the date on which Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale, after receiving the Customer’s notice of withdrawal, also receives the ordered goods undamaged and in their original packaging at the following address:

The only charges payable by the Customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are those directly linked with returning the products to Criver SRL Soc. Unipersonale.
